With over 40 years of real estate experience, Sandy oversees the Southeast Region for KWP, supervising properties in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Virginia, Tennessee and Pennsylvania.
She works with property managers and on-site staff providing ongoing support and training so all employees have the tools and knowledge to do the best job possible. Sandy ensures that all ownership objectives are met on a timely basis and in accordance with the property’s annual business plan. Sandy is directly involved in the management, leasing and capital expenditure oversight and day-to-day operations of each asset.
Sandy’s responsibilities include budget preparation and implementation, financial report development and variance analysis, market report analysis, property staffing and operations, service contract analysis and selection, overseeing rent collections and delinquencies, leasing, vacant unit preparation, capital project implementation, training, and tenant relations.
Her extensive experience includes assignments in industrial/flex, multifamily, office and retail property management. Sandy is an expert in specialty retail development, lease-up and management of Hispanic retail centers and with NNN lease properties on a national basis. She has a background in multifamily and condominium/HOA management and holds a condominium license in the state of Florida.
