Our Story
KWP Real Estate was formerly a division of Kennedy Wilson, and launched in 2020 as a separate, wholly-owned commercial real estate services company with more than 90 team members in 19 states.
In 2022, we acquired Alhouse Deaton, a Bay Area property management company with over one million square feet of office/R&D assets under management, building on our history of delivering results through institutional knowledge, hard work, advanced technology, and a collaborative team culture.
