Max Rosenberg

Max Rosenberg brings over 40 years of commercial real estate expertise to landlords and retailers.

Licensed in California and New York, Max began his career as a real estate salesperson in New York, advancing to broker, while being a tenant and landlord representative before spending two decades as Director of Real Estate at Tailored Brands, Inc.

Most recently as Director of Real Estate at Tailored Brands, Max directed site selection, lease negotiations, and lease renewals for The Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, K&G Fashion Superstores, MW Tux, and Moores in his region. These locations included retail, distribution hubs, and offices. He partnered with internal teams and real estate brokers to secure locations across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to Tailored Brands, Max held senior leasing roles in California at Reliable Properties, Pan Pacific Retail Properties, and The Abbey Company, where he worked on negotiating new deals and lease renewals, which included retail and office space.

His early brokerage work in New York included deals for national, regional and local tenants while associated with firms such as New Spectrum Realty Services, CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Robert Martin’s Space Specialists (Robert Martin Company), and Alfred Weissman Real Estate.

Max has spoken on retail trends at various California and New York chamber of commerce-sponsored events.
