Skincare brand Formula Fig, now with Arlington Heights as home base, is growing its Los Angeles presence.
Kyle Fishburn specializes in the leasing of grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixed-use projects with ground floor retail, and traditional street retail properties throughout Greater Los Angeles.
As a representative of institutional and private capital investors and tenants, he has a passion for studying market trends and creating synergies at retail properties to drive value for his clients.
Kyle is well known in L.A.’s competitive commercial real estate industry, having brokered over 500 transactions across multiple product types over the course of his career. In the past 24 months, he completed 49 transactions representing approximately 150,000 square feet of commercial real estate valued at $48 million. He is currently the exclusive agent for approximately 860,000 square feet of commercial space across Southern California including high profile assignments for Agoura Hills City Mall, The Mix (Northridge), Mid Valley Marketplace (Van Nuys), Bellflower Plaza (Bellflower), Westside Place (West L.A.) and Whizin Market Square (Agoura Hills).
Kyle is a self-made CRE professional with beginnings as an assistant property manager at Kennedy Wilson. There, Kyle learned the essentials of operating a successful retail portfolio and applied that experience to his work as a licensed retail leasing agent at illi Commercial.
In 2015, Kyle was nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a finalist in the Retail Broker of the Year category and joined KWP Real Estate in 2019. He has been recognized by the L.A. Times, L.A. Business Journal, San Fernando Valley Business Journal and GlobeSt. for his contributions to the retail brokerage community. In 2026, he was awarded the L.A. Business Journal’s Silver Award for Retail Lease of the Year for a 50,000 square foot deal with Northgate Market in Bellflower.
