As Executive Vice President, Joseph Winkler oversees property services consisting of over 14.5 million square feet of commercial space.
Services include property management, facilities management, and brokerage for a variety of institutional clients.
Prior to KWP, Joe was Vice President of the West Coast Acquisitions and Asset Management Group of Kennedy Wilson and responsible for the acquisition, disposition and asset management of all types of investment properties including multifamily, retail and office projects. He has completed approximately $100 million in renovation and rehab projects, and has assisted in the acquisition of over $1 billion of properties located throughout California and the Northwest.
Prior to joining KWP, Joseph was with Capstone Advisors and oversaw the disposition and asset management of a 3-million-square-foot office portfolio located in Michigan and Texas, and was responsible for the development and successful execution of the business plan. Other duties included the oversight of third party management, renovation, repositioning, and the completion of approximately 400,000 square feet of new lease activity.
Previously, he spent 10 years with CB Richard Ellis as the Director of Operations in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets and was responsible for the asset management, operations, leasing and department supervision of a portfolio of commercial properties totaling 6 million square feet with a market value in excess of $800 million. He has provided supervision for management, leasing and real estate consulting services to a variety of clients including major institutional investors, realty/pension fund advisors and private ownership entities.
