For over 25 years, Gary has dedicated his career to representing corporate clients in their real estate needs nationwide.
As a seasoned professional, he has delivered corporate brokerage services to meet the requirements of companies with facilities across multiple markets in the United States.
Gary has had the opportunity to collaborate with many distinguished companies, including Mercury Insurance, Auto Insurance Specialists (AIS), Odyssey & Hudson Insurance, Apria Healthcare, HSBC Bank USA, Preferred Employers Insurance Company, Zenith Insurance Company, PacifiCare Health Systems, Superior National Insurance Group, Cable & Wireless USA, and Monarch Insurance, among others.
Before joining KWP in 2018, he began his career in commercial real estate at Corporate Realty Associates (CRA) in 1997. CRA was one of the early firms dedicated exclusively to tenant representation in brokerage.
Gary graduated from the University of Southern California in 1996 and is honored to be part of the USC Trojan alumni community.
