Brian Spohr oversees the management and leasing of approximately 450,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He actively manages the day-to-day operations and collaborates with a team of Assistant Property Managers, Property Accountants, Maintenance Supervisors, Leasing Agents, and third-party vendors. Brian’s responsibilities encompass budgeting, financial reporting, lease renewals, tenant and capital improvement projects, and the implementation of efficient policies and procedures for his portfolio.
Hailing from Silicon Valley, Brian has a deep-rooted family history in the area and served in the U.S. Navy from 2002 to 2006, undertaking Search and Rescue missions. Leveraging the G.I. Bill, he graduated from California State University, Chico, and began his career in the local commercial real estate sector as an Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors. Subsequently, he transitioned to property management at RiverRock Real Estate Group before joining KWP in 2022.
