and
capital
expenditure
oversight
and
day-to-day
operations
of
each
asset.
Sandy’s

preparation

implementation,
financial
report
development
and
variance
analysis,
market
report
analysis,
property
staffing
and
operations,
service
contract
analysis
and
selection,
overseeing
rent
collections
and
delinquencies,
leasing,
vacant
unit
preparation,
capital
project
implementation,
training,
and
tenant
relations.
Her
extensive
experience
includes
assignments
in
industrial/flex,
multifamily,
office
and
retail
property
management.
Sandy
is
an
expert
in
specialty
retail
development,
lease-up
and
management
of
Hispanic
retail
centers
and
with
NNN
lease
properties
on
a
national
basis.
She
has
a
background
in
multifamily
and
condominium/HOA
management
and
holds
a
condominium
license
in
the
state
of
Florida.
