Jaimie is the Senior Portfolio Manager for KWP in Northern California.
She
has
been

KWP
since
2010
and
her
diverse
portfolio
consists
of
commercial,
office,
industrial,
and
retail
properties
under
contract
for
management.
Jaimie
specializes
in
retail
properties
and
bank
owned
REO’s
as
well
as
tenant
and
vendor
relations.
She
oversees
construction
projects
and
tenant
improvements
on
properties
throughout
California
and
Nevada.
She
is
committed
to
the
highest
level
of
ethical
standards
and
ensuring
that
her
clients
receive
the
highest
quality
of
service
for
their
assets.
Her
goal
is
to
do

and
customers

Jaimie
oversees

financial
aspects
of
her
portfolio,
working
closely

the
assistant
controller

accountant.

reconciliations
and
budgets
make
her
invaluable
to
her
clients’
portfolios.
Jamie
has
20-plus
years
of
experience
in
property
management.
Prior
to
joining
KWP,
she
served
as
project
coordinator
for
Panattoni.
She
was
responsible
for
importing
budgets,
CAM
Reconciliations
and
oversaw
vendor
management
for
industrial,
office
and
retail
properties.
Previously,
Jaimie
was
Property
Manager
for
9
½
years
at
Pan
Pacific
Retail
Properties,
Inc.
At
Pan
Pacific
Retail
Properties,
Inc.,
she
assisted
in
managing
65
retail
properties.
Residential Experience
- Westside Apartments in Redding, CA – 74 units. Property consisted of 4 buildings, 34 studio, 16 one bed/bath, 17 two bed/one bath and 7 three bed/one bath units.
- 609/611 16th Street, Sacramento, CA – this was a combination of residential on top and retail on bottom
- 54 Cherry Lane, Oroville, CA – 7 apartment units. Jaimie also assisted in the sale of this property.
