Plaza Fiesta is a 343,000 square foot retail center on 28 acres, known as “El Rinconcito de Nuestro Pueblo” and the heart of Atlanta’s diverse Latin American community. KWP has provided construction management, property management, marketing and leasing services on behalf of Plaza Fiesta, through several ownerships, since 2006. Since being appointed as manager and leasing agent, KWP has managed over $13 million of capital projects while achieving a 14% rent increase in the first year of operations and an overall rental growth increase of 131%. Plaza Fiesta has received recent media attention in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Southern Living Magazine, Eater Atlanta, Bon Appétit and Atlanta Magazine. In 2023, it was named Best Shopping Center by Atlanta’s Best. At least 3.4 million people visit Plaza Fiesta each year according to Placer.ai.
