Since 1998, Senior Vice President Gary Goodgame and the KWP Occupier Services team have been responsible for all of Mercury Insurance’s (NYSE: MCY) real estate needs. They have overseen more than 2 million square feet of leasing, subleasing, acquisitions, dispositions, relocation, design, build-to-suit, facility and lease management for Mercury’s entire real estate portfolio, which includes property in CA, FL, GA, NJ, NY, OK and TX.
Recently, KWP spearheaded the post-pandemic consolidation of Mercury’s office assets which included dispositions (see below) and the successful sublease, early termination or renegotiation of approximately 200,000 SF of leased space. Office property sales include:

Gary and the KWP team is responsible for the regular communication of real estate activities to Mercury’s C-suite committee which includes the CEO, CFO, controller, facilities director and other stakeholders as the project requires.
