Since 2015, KWP has managed the high profile, 127,000-square-foot office building located at 100 North Crescent Drive in the prestigious Golden Triangle submarket of Beverly Hills. KWP was instrumental in repositioning 100 Crescent from a multitenant building at 78% occupancy to a 100% fully occupied, single tenant building. The team coordinated the lease terminations and move-out process for existing tenants and worked closely with ownership to review construction plans for new tenant MRC, overseeing $5 million in tenant improvement construction. KWP led the move-in process for MRC’s 500 employees and directed $200,000 of capital improvement funds to improve the energy management system, replace the sump pump system, upgrade fire life safety and design a new parking valet area.
