The property was sold by EVP, Director of Brokerage Lee Shapiro and Senior Vice President Christine Deschaine on behalf of Empire at Lincoln, LLC.

The property was purchased by Olam 2537 Lincoln Blvd Llc, an owner-user with undisclosed plans for the property.
