Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing A/P for approx. 100 commercial properties working with three Accountants. KWP Real Estate is seeking an experienced self-starter who is interested in learning and growing professionally. They should be detail-oriented, highly organized, flexible, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be part of the team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of clerical accounting functions such as sorting and compiling documents, calculating or verifying amounts and posting transactions to accounts.
Key Duties:
– Assist accountants in administering the accounts payable by accurately entering. invoices into the computer system, processing payments, check printing, assembling. checks and mailing weekly, sorting and filing.
– Pickup and process daily mail, meter mail at the end of each day.
– File and maintain accounting records.
– Daily: Process tenant deposits electronically, maintain accurate files.
– Occasionally: Go to the bank or post office.
– Assist with special projects and office support.
Skills and Experience:
– High school diploma required, associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
– One to two years of prior clerical accounting experience and accounts payable experience required.
– Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Job Summary: KWP is seeking licensed sales agents specializing in office tenant-rep leasing to join the brokerage team in Beverly Hills to undertake leasing activities in Greater Los Angeles.
Key Duties:
– Drive business development (i.e. meetings, networking, cold calling, canvassing, research etc.).
– Assess the tenant’s needs and assist in developing a leasing strategy which aligns with their goals.
– Proactively search for properties that match the tenant’s criteria, both on and off-market opportunities.
– Prepare, arrange and accompany tenants on property tours and provide due diligence on each opportunity (must have transportation).
– Negotiate lease terms and conditions and interact with tenant’s legal counsel.
– Assist with deal transaction correspondence and paperwork.
– Coordinate with third parties such as space planners, contractors, vendors, property managers, etc.
– Keep abreast of the general market status through market surveys, news, etc.
– Participate in team and client meetings, either in person, via Microsoft Teams, or phone.
