Job Summary: KWP is seeking licensed sales agents specializing in office tenant-rep leasing to join the brokerage team in Beverly Hills to undertake leasing activities in Greater Los Angeles.
Key Duties:
– Drive business development (i.e. meetings, networking, cold calling, canvassing, research etc.).
– Assess the tenant’s needs and assist in developing a leasing strategy which aligns with their goals.
– Proactively search for properties that match the tenant’s criteria, both on and off-market opportunities.
– Prepare, arrange and accompany tenants on property tours and provide due diligence on each opportunity (must have transportation).
– Negotiate lease terms and conditions and interact with tenant’s legal counsel.
– Assist with deal transaction correspondence and paperwork.

Job Summary: The Property Accountant has a wide range of responsibilities with the overall goal of providing effective financial management and reporting for the individual property, ensuring that the property’s cash position and operating results are protected, enhanced and maximized.
Key Duties:
– Rent Roll/Rental Income Variance Review – Review for tenancy changes and assist GM in preparation of variance analysis.
– Operating Statements – Knowledge of accrual accounting required.
– Tenant Billings and Receivables – Ensure timely collection and posting of Accounts Receivable.
– Review and Processing of Account Payable, including weekly ownership funding requests.
– Monthly Reporting Package – As required by certain management agreements, compile, review and distribute monthly accounting packages to ownership.
– Process journal entries, review monthly G/L, ensure accuracy.
– Tenant Expense Recoveries – Coordinate and assist GM with the preparation of estimated operating expenses and the annual reconciliation process, including final approval of expense pools, and tenant adjustments.
– Lease Administration – Abstract leases and ensure all relevant data is populated in the property management system.
– Interface with internal and external individuals, including ownership and City departments.
– Calculate, prepare and file U&O necessary sales tax payments and other tax obligations.
– Coordinate/responsible for budget process and CAM reconciliations.
Skills and Experience:
– Four-year accounting degree preferred, but not required
– 2-5 years property related experience in the real estate industry with comparable duties
– Proficiency with Yardi preferred
– Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe
– Customer service orientation
– Analytical approach to problem solving
