Lee J. Shapiro serves as Executive Vice President, Director of Brokerage for KWP in Los Angeles.

Lee Shapiro is a CRE veteran with over 35 years of experience in the sale and leasing of commercial investment properties with a focus on office, retail, and ground-up development sites. He is currently the exclusive agent for 2.8 million square feet of commercial space across Southern California. In the past two years, Lee completed 92 transactions representing approximately $150 million in value and 450,000 square feet of property.

Lee has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, LA Times CRE Visionary, GlobeSt. Retail Influencer and won the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Silver Award for Retail Lease of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

Prior to joining KWP, Lee worked at Charles Dunn Company, where he most recently served as Senior Managing Director.
